Convenience Store Chain Sued in Wage Case
Plaintiffs from multiple Midwestern states have filed a class action lawsuit alleging that the convenience store chain Casey’s General Stores denied workers overtime pay. In the lawsuit, the employees claim that managers urged them to work off the clock and that they were not paid correctly for hours worked.
