Johnson & Johnson and Novartis AG's Sandoz Unit Recall Pain Patches
A unit of Johnson & Johnson has recalled a version of one of its painkilling patches (Duragesic) after discovering leaks that could result in fatal overdoses. The recall covers patches distributed in the United States and Canada that release 25 micrograms of fentanyl, a powerful painkiller, in an hour.
