$23.75 Million Awarded for Trucking Accident

An Illinois jury has rendered a $23.75 million verdict to the victims of a trucking accident that killed two people and injured others. The C.H. Robinson Worldwide driver was found to be negligent and had previously plead guilty to driving with a suspended license and falsifying his log book. Tribune Staff Report, Chicago Tribune 03/24/2009.
