$14 Million Awarded in Drowning Case

A jury awarded a family $14 million for the drowning of a four year old boy who drowned at an athletic club swimming pool. The jury found that the owners were negligent and could award punitive damages. Chris Meagher, Santa Barbara Independent 04/27/2009
