Ford Hit with $6.5 Million Verdict in Seatbelt Case

A jury has awarded a little boy $6.5 million who was severely injured due to a seatbelt defect. The jury found that Ford Motor Company caused the injuries via an adult seat belt installed in a Mercury Grand Marquis. Lawrence Buser, Memphis Commercial Appeal 11/13/2009
