Donny J. Foty
I was born in Houston but raised in a small town in central Texas. I graduated summa cum laude from high school and received numerous awards for my performance in the school military program. After high school, I attended the University of Texas at Austin where I studied finance. I advanced to the business honors program, where selection is reserved only for the top students. During college, I worked for a Fortune 500 company while completing my studies.
I graduated law school from the University of Houston Law Center. As a lawyer, I immediately began helping employees enforce their rights in the employment field. I understand that you have only one case. That's why at Kennedy Hodges, LLP we assign a manageable number of clients to each attorney. If I were to hire an attorney, I would expect the attorney to actively work on my case and keep me up to speed on the progress. That's how I treat my clients. I return calls and emails to all of my clients by the end of the day or at the latest the next morning. I provide them with copies of legal documents as we file them so they can see firsthand the progress being made on their case.
At Kennedy Hodges, LLP each client is assigned to one of the law partners, one associate attorney and a paralegal. We work as a team on your case to come up with legal strategies that efficiently and effectively achieve your goals. I receive great personal satisfaction from my job, and that's why you will find me at our office late in the evenings and on the weekends year round. I want my clients, opposing counsel and the courts to know that we work tirelessly to produce a superior legal product. Our team approach helps us achieve this goal.
