$14 Million Awarded for Car Crash

A Florida jury has ordered a Miami-area private high school to pay $14 million for its role in an auto accident that killed one student and left another brain damaged and paralyzed. Jurors found that Archbishop Coleman Carroll High School was partially negligent because the school did not notify authorities about an underage drinking party that preceded the crash.
