Sprint Nextel Corp. Faces Claims for Unpaid Commissions

Sprint Nextel Corp. failed to pay more than $5 million in commissions, a possible class action lawsuit claims. According to the complaint, a computer system malfunction caused workers to lose between $100 and $500 in earned commissions. The lawsuit was filed by four current and former sales clerks who worked in Sprint stores in Louisiana but could cover more than 1,000 individuals if certified as a class action.
