$18 Million Awarded in Trucking Accident Case

A Colorado couple should receive more than $18 million in damages for injuries they suffered in a 2006 crash with a tractor-trailer, a Wyoming jury has ruled. Jurors found that Werner Enterprises Inc. and the driver of the tractor-trailer bore responsibility for the crash that left Peter D. Brohpy in a wheelchair and unable to speak.
