$2 Million Settlement in Train Accident Lawsuit
San Francisco has agreed to pay $2 million to settle a lawsuit filed by a woman who was struck by a city-run train earlier this year. According to the lawsuit, the driver of the N-Judah train was negligent in the accident that resulted in the amputation of part of Dina Gryn's leg.
