Dell Sued for Not Paying Overtime

As many as 5,000 Dell Inc. call center workers could be eligible for a class-action lawsuit certified last week by a federal judge in Oregon. According to the lawsuit, the computer company did not properly pay domestic call center workers for overtime or compensate them for training or job time preparation.
