Patients Suing Over Digitek

Patients who took the recalled heart medication Digitek have filed at least nine lawsuits in New Jersey against Actavis Totowa LLL and its parent company Actavis Group, claiming that the drug was dangerous and defective. Actavis initiated a nationwide recall of the drug earlier this year after it was discovered that some tablets may have contained twice the active ingredient of the drug.
