Wal-Mart Workers Recover $6.5 Million
A Minnesota judge on Tuesday ordered Wal-Mart to pay $6.5 million in compensatory damages for violating state labor laws more than 2 million times. District Judge Robert King found the nation's largest retailer willfully denied employees rest and meal breaks and forced employees to work off-the-clock.
