Couple Shocked by Rescission of Health Insurance

When Heidi Bleazard sustained serious injuries in a biking accident, she and her husband were thankful they had health insurance to cover mounting medical bills. However, the Bleazards were unaware that their insurer, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah, was about to rescind their coverage.
