Helicopter Companies pay $9.5 Million

A helicopter manufacturer and a parts maker have agreed to pay $9.5 million to settle a lawsuit filed by a New Hampshire couple who were injured in a 2007 helicopter crash. Judy and Douglas Barton filed the lawsuit against Boeing Co. and Aluminum Precision Products after the helicopter they were riding in crashed, leaving both with debilitating injuries.
