$3.6 Million Awarded in Mesothelioma Case

A woman suffering from mesothelioma caused by second-hand asbestos exposure has been awarded $3.6 million by a Florida jury. The Plaintiff claimed that she was exposed to asbestos from brakes while working at a Ford dealership and may have also been exposed by brake repairs done at her home.
