Collective Action Filed Over Tipping Policy

A Las Vegas restaurant forced some workers to share tips in violation of federal labor laws , a lawsuit filed Monday claims. Workers from Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas allege that the restaurant management forced bartenders, servers, busboys and food runners to contribute to a tip pool that was split between managers and other employees.
