Workers file Wage Suit Against Luby's

A federal judge has granted conditional approval for a class-action lawsuit over tip sharing at Luby's restaurants in Texas. According to the lawsuit, the cafeteria-style restaurant wrongly forced wait staff to share tips in violation of federal wage laws.
