Medical Errors: Young at Greater Risk
The overdose of Dennis Quaid's children last year has brought added attention to a problem that experts say is more prevalent than commonly thought. Studies show that about one in ten children will be the victim of a medical error during their hospital stay and nearly one quarter of those errors are preventable.
