Walmart Settles Overtime Suit

Wal-Mart will pay $40 million to settle a collective action suit that accused the retailer of violating the FLSA . The settlement could cover as many as 87,500 former and current employees who were denied meal breaks, overtime pay and other wages. Dave Copeland, Boston Globe 12/03/2009
