$1.88 Million Awarded for Botched Cancer Diagnosis

A jury in Pennsylvania awarded $1.88 million to a man because his doctor failed to diagnose the man's cancer. The physician and hospital consulted and examined the plaintiff over a 16 month period, but still failed to identify the plaintiff's bladder cancer. Erin L.
