$18.3 Million Awarded Against Ford

A musician who was paralyzed in a rollover crash was awarded $18.3 million in his suit against Ford. The plaintiff alleged that Ford was at fault because of a defect in the seat latch , which caused the plaintiff's head to strike the roof after he skidded off the road.
