Enterprise Rent-A-Car Hit With $15 Million Verdict
A jury has decided that Enterprise Rent-A-Car must pay $15 million to the family of two girls who died in a car crash in 2004 in a car rented from the company. Chrysler had issued a recall for the PT Cruiser the girls were riding in, but Enterprise failed to return any of their PT Cruisers for repair. Enterprise admitted it was liable for the deaths.
