$40 Million Awarded Against Verizon

A New York plaintiff has been awarded $40 million after being involved in an accident with a Verizon van. He was struck and nearly killed by the Verizon driver. The van was traveling about 50 miles per hour and caused the plaintiff to spend weeks in a coma. He suffered brain damage and paralysis.
