While every case is unique, we are committed to recognizing the dedication and efforts of attorneys who originate cases. We recognize these efforts by paying 50% referral fees on qualified cases. Some of the highlights of our 50% referral fee program are as follows:

• 50% referral fees paid on qualified cases in accordance with Rule 1.04 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct

• An attorney Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law will be assigned to every case

• Case value is maximized through proven techniques

• A turnkey referral program: Kennedy Hodges does the work and finances the cases

• All personal injury and wage and hour cases considered

• The 50% referral fee is based on case value. For cases that do not qualify for a 50% fee, Kennedy Hodges is committed to paying a top dollar contingency fee to the referring attorney
