Blast on Oil Rig in Gulf

At least 12 people are missing from a Transocean Ltd. oil rig. Transocean is the world's largest offshore drilling contractor. The explosion occurred at about 10:00 p.m. on April 20th. The fire was still burning as of the next morning.
